Abstract：
 A 2',3'-O-isopropylidennucleoside 5'-thiopho sphamino acid methyl ester compound is synthesized through dissolving thiophasphoryl chloride in tetrahydrofuran, adding amino acid methyl ester hydrochloride, dropping 2'3'-O-isopropyliden uridine, dropping acid capture, hydrolyzing with ammonia water, and chromatography with silicon gel column. Said compound has anti-HIV activity.
