Abstract:
The related motion estimation coding method based on background in digital video code compression technology comprises: initiating the background frame, reading in a frame image to decide its code type, completing coding to current frame by traditional frame inner coding method if the image is I frame or reading in a macro block if the image id P frame, then coding the block with traditional frame inner coding method if the block is I type, or coding as both traditional reference frame motion estimation and background frame reference motion estimation if the block is P type, and updating current background frame during coding to generate current background frame. This invention improves coding efficiency, special useful to video monitor and conference.
