Abstract： |
The present invention relates to the field of high-voltage insulator manufacture technology, and is characterized by that it contains several large umbrellas with identical diameter, and between every two adjacent large umbrellas two or more small umbrellas are arranged, and the extension of umbrella is not less than 20 mm, and the spacing distance between two adjacent umbrellas is not less than 25 mm, and the leakage distance provided by small umbrella is greater than provided by large umbrella, and the ratio of extension of large umbrella and the extension of minimum umbrella not less than 1.5 to 1.8. This insulator with umbrella structure not only possesses excellent contamination-resisting and wet-resisting property, but also can implement higher leakage distance, so that it can greatly reduce the umbrella petticoat material consumption of insulator. |
