Abstract: |
This invention relates to manganese-chrome-tungsten system air cooling Bainitic steel, which belongs to the alloy steel technique field. This kind of steel uses manganese, silicon, chrome as the main alloy elements, and uses tungsten as the complement element, which has high strong toughness and Bainitic air cooling harden ability, it can obtain the Bainitic or Geneva compound structure under air cooling condition without quenching working procedure, which can be applied in making all kinds of axis accessory, constructional elements, springs, wear-resisting parts, precision mold and wear-resisting cast steels. And this kind of steel has well strong toughness co-operating, which can replace the modified steel with similar capability and can be made into all kinds of constructional elements after high-temperature tempering, and it can do surface quench. |
