Abstract: |
This invention relates to a method for suppressing water-soluble dilatability of polyvinyl alcohol immobilized microbial particles, belonging to the biotechnological field. Said method can efficiently suppress the water-soluble dilatability by means of adding (2%-6%) SiO2 during the cross link process of PVA-H3BO3. The mechanical strength of microgel particles can be further improved by soaking the obtained immobilized microbial particles in the Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 buffer for 2 hours. The heating temperature of the water bath is 90-95deg C, and the pH of the Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 buffer is around 7. The invention is characterized in that it can efficiently reduce the water-soluble dilatability of the immobilized microbial particles, improve the mechanic strength, bioactivity and durability thereof. By using the immobilization method of this invent to embed immobilized activated sludge, the immobilized activated sludge particles can be used as biosensitive elements of BOD biosensor fast analyzer. |
