Abstract: |
An engineering bacterium for producing poly hydroxy fotty acid and the construction method and application thereof are disclosed. The recombined strain for producing highly proportional 3-hydroxy caproic acid(3HHx), 3-hydroxy butyric acid(3HB), copolymer of 3HHx(PHBHHx) is a microbe introduced yafH gene, being capable of synthesizing PHA by making fat acid as substrate, being WQ CGMCC ¡í 0911 of recombined Aeromonas hydrophila. The construction method for recombined strain includes: 1. inserting yafH gene into carrier plasmid to construct recombined plasmid 2. converting the Aeromonas hydrophila having capability of synthesizing PHA by making fat acid as substrate to obtain recombined strain WQ CGMCC ¡í 0911. A method for producing highly proportion PHBHHx by means of the recombined strain is also provided. |
