Abstract:
The apparatus uses PVDF piezoelectric thin film as the sensor to detect force signals; the lead-out wires from both ends are connected to the amplifier circuit; the thin film and wires are packed and are closely pasted on the surface of abacus balls; the wires passes through the small hole on the abacus balls to connect to the PCB under the abacus balls; the outputted charge signals are amplified by an amplifying circuit composed of two AD620 amplification chips, and are converted to digital signals by using a data collection board, and then are transmitted to a computer.
