Abstract:
The invention discloses a high-voltage electrostatic mist spray preparation method for nanometer-leveled cellulose materials, and belongs to the preparation field of organic function nanometer materials. Solve cellulose materials into a cellulose solvent as mass component shares before mixing at the speed of 500 to 2000 rpm; the solving temperature is 80 to 100 celsius degrees, and both the maxing and solving should be done with protection of nitrogen, so as to gain slurry with nanometer-leveled cellulose; add the prepared cellulose slurry into a propulsion pump, and place a receiving board at a distance of 10 to 20cm away from the propulsion pump; put the receiving board into a coagulating bath, and spray the cellulose slurry onto the receiving board with a 15 to 20kV high-voltage electrostatic method, so as to collect nanometer-leveled cellulose materials from the slurry before solvent collection is done. The overall preparation method has advantages of being simple and convenient, high opera operability, belonging to a physical process and having no pollution to environments.
