Abstract：
 The lining plate of ball mill, made of bainite nodular cast, contains C(3.4-3.8%0, Si(2.5-3.5%), Mn (1.5-2.5%), P(<0.1%), S(<0.03%), Mg (0.03-0.08%), Re (0.02-0.07%), and Fe (rest). Its bainite structure is formed through such heat treatment steps as maintaining temp. at 820-920 deg.C for 2-8 hrs and quending in aquous solution of sodium or potassium salt with pH value of 9-14 and specific weight of 1.0-1.8. The lining plate features better antiwear and anti-impact performances, low cost and long service life.
