Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of alloy steel design technology, its composition is formed from (wt%) C 0.06-0.15 wt%, Mn 1.90-2.60 wt% and Si 0,60-1.50 wt% as main alloy elements, the rest is Fe, besides, one or more than two kinds of the following elements of Cr 0-2.1 wt%, V less than or equal to 0.15 wt%, Al less than or equal to 0.15 wt%, Ti less than or equal to 0.10 wt% and B less than or equal to 0.040 wt%. also can be edded. Under the conditions of no Ni and Mo elements secondary steelmaking process, controlling rolling and controlling cooling and heat treatment, and when said steel is used for producing steel bar with large cross section, sigma b is greater than or equal to 820 MPa, sigma 0.2 is greater than or equal to 500 MPa and delta 5 is greater than or equal to 17%; and for producing hot-rolled medium plate, sigma b is greater than or equal to 850 MPa, sigma 0.2 is greater than or equal to 520 MPa, delta 5 is greater than or equal to 17% and A ky is greater than or equal to 40J. Said steel can be used as low-alloy wear-resistant components, etc.
