Abstract：
 This invention discloses apparatus and method for preparing ethanol by CO2-circulating stripping on-line separation coupling. The apparatus comprises: a fermentation tank, a gas-liquid separator, and adsorption column, a diaphragm vacuum pump, and an absorption tank with drafting. The apparatus utilizes a diaphragm vacuum pump to completely separate raw materials from outside, and utilizes on-line separation units including gas-liquid separation unit, adsorption separation unit and solvent absorption unit to enhance unit operation. The apparatus also has yeast cell activity recovery function by intermittent introduction of oxygen and nutrients. The apparatus has such advantages as high safety, no pollution, long fermentation time, high ethanol production intensity, low cost, and high efficiency.
