Abstract：
 This invention relates to an electronic mutual inductor including a voltage/current sensing head, a self-supplied module, a signal process module and an electricity-stealing-proof measurement module, in which, the self-supplied module is used in providing regulated supply for the signal process module, the voltage/current sensing head is used in testing voltage current signals of users, the signal process module is used in processing and outputting analog signals of voltage and current and the electricity-stealing proof module is used in computing electro and net information of users to be transmitted in the way of wireless to be recovered at the terminal.
