Abstract：
 A micro vacuole generating device of a flat slab wall surface of array electrode type is used to reduce the frication resistance for the wall surface, belonging to the technical field of the fluid dynamics. The device consists of a top layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer. The top layer is gilded copper layer and serves as the anode of the power supply. The middle layer is a polyfluortetraethylene layer, serving as an insulated layer. The bottom layer is a copper layer, serving as the cathode of the power supply. The insulated layer is provided with millipores which are distributed to be arrays and the diameter is between 50 microns and 500 microns. The wall of the millipores is coated with the copper and connected with the bottom layer. The millipore shape is formed on the wall surface and the electrodes are distributed in the millipores shape. A water-electrolytic way is used to produce the micro vacuoles and consequently the distributed adsorption vacuoles are formed on the wall surface. In this way higher drag reduction efficiency can be achieved.
