Abstract:
The invention relates to a continuous preparation method for a porous aluminum material by utilizing gas direct injection foaming and a device, which belongs to the porous metal material preparation technology field. By taking the aluminum and the alloy, metal Ca and Al2O3 as the raw material, the invention firstly prepares a tackifying melt with tackifying granulation, and then the tackifying melt is shifted to a foaming trough and the tackifying melt is directly injected with gas to make it form liquid state or semi-solid state foamed aluminum; the foam trough is continuously supplemented with the tackifying melt with tackifying granulation and the finished foamed aluminum is promptly guided out, thus the invention is capable of continuously preparing the porous aluminum material. By adopting the gas direct injection foaming continuously preparation technique, the prepared porous material has the advantages of the low density, big void, high productivity, mass production, low production cost as well as broad development prospect.
