Abstract:
This invention publishes a new protein DDIP, its coding gene and its application. The new protein DDIP (Dishevelled2 DEP domain Interacting Protein) derivatively comprises an amino acid residue of SEQ ID No.2 or that with one or several residues substituted, deleted or added and performs the same activities as that of SEQ ID No.2. The coding gene of the new protein DDIP belongs to one the following: a) SEQ ID No.1 in sequence listing; b) polynucleotide of the protein sequence of SEQ ID No.2 in coding sequence listing; c) DNA sequence which has 90% of the homology with that confined by SEQ ID No.1 and encodes the same functional proteins. DDIP is a new inhibitive factor of the signal pathway of Wnt.
