Abstract:
The invention relates to an anti-clogging nozzle device for circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization system, belonging to the field of flue gas purification and desulfurization technology. One mode for implementing said anti-clogging nozzle device includes a single-phase flow nozzle and water-conveying pipe connected with said single-phase flow nozzle, its structure is characterized by that belween the described single-phase flow nozzle and water-conveying pipe a three-way ball valve is set, another end of said three-way ball valve is connected with air intake pipe communicated with atmosphere. Another mode for implementing said anti-clogging nozzle device includes double-phase flow nozzle, slurry-conveying pipe connected with inner tube of nozzle and air-conveying pipe connected with outer tube of nozzle, its structure is characterized by that between the described inner tube of nozzle and slurry-conveying pipe a three-way ball valve is set, another end of three-way ball valve is connected with air intake pipe communicated with atmosphere.
