Abstract： |
The invention disclosed a new application ofr, in other words, the invention relates to its application in preparing medicine that can relieve chronic pain. Compared with CCI model without thiophosphoryl-aminoglutaminic acid and thiophosphoryl-aminoglutaminic acid methyl ester, the mentioned two substances can not only inhibit the aberrance spontaneous discharge frequency of the mouse damaged nerve in CBI model it can also prevent the further development of thermalgia stimulus sensitivity of the mouse damaged parapodium. The mentioned experiment shows that the thiophosphoryl-amino acid and its methyl ester can relieve the nerves chronic pain so it can be used as active ingredients in drug that can relieve the chronic pain (especially the nerves chronic pain). The invention has provided a new way to relieve chronic pain so as to have a bright prospect in medical domain. |
