Abstract： |
The present invention provides is the compound and method of lowering SLP-2 expression or inhibiting SLP-2 protein activity to treat cancer. Specifically, the present invention discloses antisense oligonucleotide, nucleic acid, antibody, oligonucleotide adaptor, their arbitrary combination, or medicine containing them capable of lowering SLP-2 expression. The present invention also discloses method of detecting cancer and screening anticancer medicine. The said cancer is preferably high SLP-2 expression cancers, especially esophagus squamous carcinoma, endometium cancer and/or lung cancer. |
