The invention provides a field emission monitor, comprising: the separately negative and anode poles, insulating layer forming on the negative pole, gate on the insulating layer and electronic emitter connected to the negative pole; wherein the electronic emitter corresponding to the same pixel spreads the two sides of the gate that the pixel corresponds to and correspond to the electronic emitter top end of the pixel but lower than the gate. The electronic emitter has a top of emitting electrons and the top end is lower the bottom surface of the gate. There is an insulating sidewall between the anode and negative poles to form a packaged space; there's a fluorescence layer on the surface of anode; the electronic emitter includes a carbon nanometer tube and the gate has the double function of emitting electrons and focusing electrons and realizes the target of emitting electrons and controlling the emitting direction of the electrons. |
