Abstract:
The encode method comprises: grouping the video frame setting all frames in the a group as I frame, P frame, B frame and randomly-read W frame making traditional encode for the I frame, P frame and B frame in a group for W frame, firstly encoding it using a P frame encoding way, and then using a distributing video encode approach and referring a I frame mostly closed to I frame and anyone frame before the I frame and W frame to make encode. The decode method comprises: when no needs to make random reading, using a traditional approach to decode I frame, P frame and B frame, and the W frame is decoded using P frame approach when there are needs to make random reading, using distributed video decode approach to decode W frame. The invention can improve the randomly-reading performance and generate the bit-stream with anti-error feature.
