Abstract: |
The invention relates to a method for making field emission components, especially relates to a method for making a carbon nanometer tube emissive cathode. The method for making the carbon nanometer tube emissive cathode comprises the steps of: providing right amount of carbon nanometer tubes and making suspending liquid; providing a base plate with an electrode on it; a conductive paste layer is printed on the base plate; spreading the carbon nanometer tube suspending liquid on the conductive paste and forming a carbon nanometer tube layer; engraving and making out some grids on the conductive paste layer to make part ends of the carbon nanometer tube tilted; firing to get the uniform field emitter surface. The carbon nanometer tube field emission cathode can be used for aphototropic plate or field emission flat monitor. |
