Abstract：
 A process for preparing the uniform zinc oxide nanoparticles includes adding zinc acetate to organic solvent, heating to its decomposing temp, keeping the temp for 15-60 min to generate nuclei, centrifugal separating to obtain nuclei solution, adding zinc acetate to organic solvent and heating, adding it to said nuclei solution, heating to 160-170 deg.C, and keeping the temp for 15-60 min.
