Abstract: |
This invention is a hot-interface material, including a high polymer material and several carbon nano tube distributed in the high polymer material. The hot-interface material forms the first surface and the second surface opposite the first one, the two ends of the carbon nano tube have hatches, and the first surface evenly distributes in the high polymer material and extends to the second surface along the hot-interface material. This invention also provides the making method of this hot-interface material, which including the following procedure: provide a carbon nanometer tube array, and soak the tube array in aqueus-phase high polymer system; converse the aqueus-phase high polymer system into solid phase to create the high polymer compound material distributed with carbon nano tube; pre-set height in the tube and cut the high polymer compound material along the axis direction of the nano array, remove the high polymer material at the top of the tube array to open a hatch at the nano tube cusp; according to pre-set thickness cut the above compound material to form hot-interface material. |
