Abstract:
The invention pertains to a method using self-assembling technology to prepare double-polar film. It relates to the preparation of ion exchange compound film in electrodialysis technology. The invention uses ion exchange resin specks as ion exchange materials, PVA as the basic preparation material, polyelectrolyte PAA as middle-layer material. It firstly puts the negative film containing non-crosslinked anion exchange resin in the ethanol solution, absorbs one or several layers of PAA solution through self-assembling, lay positive film on PAA after volatilization of the solution, acetalize the formaldehyde solution after filming. The invention integrates the negative and the positive films through self-assembling. The middle-layer PAA not only combines negative and positive films through esterification reaction to avoid the defect of single film surface and improve the stability double-polar film, but also plays catalyzing function to increase water dissociation speed of the double-polar film in order to improve the working efficiency.
