Abstract： |
This invention discloses the application of the mutant of wild Bacillus subtilis lipase A in abluents. The mutant is obtained by subjecting the amino acid residue swquence to one or more of the following five mutations: (1) mutation of serine 16 to proline, (2) mutation of lysine 112 to glutamic acid, (3) mutation of arginine 142 to serine, (4) mutation of histidine 152 to glutamine, and (5) mutation of glycine 153 to aspartic acid. The mutant of wild Bacillus subtilis lipase A can be applied in preparing abluents. |
