Abstract: |
The invention is a carbon nanotube detecting and qualitative-classifying method based on photoconduction change rate, relating to the carbon nanotube classifying and detecting technique. The invention connects two ends of a fine wire composed of carbon nanotube beam with macro length with metallic electrodes, respectively, and then connects the metallic electrodes with a measuring source meter to compose a loop. As detecting, using light beam to directly irradiate the middle part of the carbon nanotube beam so that total conductance in the loop will remarkably change, where the symbols of the photoconduction change ratios (Delta) of the carbon nanotube beam corresponding to different carbon nanotubes can be positive or negative, in turn defining a class of carbon nanotubes with negative value of photoconduction change ratio (Delta<0) as a negative carbon nanotube; on the contrary, defining a class of carbon nanotubes with positive value of photoconduction change ratio (Delta>0) as a positive carbon nanotube, thus implementing data indication. And the symbol and absolute value of photoconduction change ratio reflect diameter, layer number of tube wall, purity and other properties of a carbon nanotube. |
