Abstract: |
The present invention relates to one kind of optoelectronic device. The positively light controlled electric conductive device based on macro length multiple-wall carbon nanotube beam consists of one multiple-wall carbon nanotube filament, two metal electrodes connected separately to two ends of the multiple-wall carbon nanotube filament and one quartz glass cover to enclose. During work, the metal electrodes are connected to external circuit and the carbon nanotube filament is irradiated with light beam. Experiment shows that the total device conductivity raises with increased light beam strength and lowers with decreased light beam strength, and the total device conductivity variance is always greater than or equal to zero whatever the incident light strength is. The present invention as one new kind of light controlled electric conductive device has responded light wavelength of 405-1064 nm and optoelectronic response time less than 5 sec. |
