Abstract:
The invention relates to a preparation method of liposome with high encapsulating rate to water soluble medicine, wherein the process is based on reversed phase evaporation method and comprises the steps of, (1) charging solvent into natural or synthesized phosphatides and adjunct, obtaining gel form grease containing lipid substance and medicament to be sealed through reversed phase evaporation method, quitting evaporation solvent, (2) placing the obtained gel form grease into electric field with constant current strength, slowly charging grease form solution into the system, removing the small amount of organic solvent in the system through nitrogen purging, (3) homogenizing the liposome through probe type supersound so as to obtain nano liposome.
