Abstract:
Disclosed are a carbon/carbon compound material based on directional carbon millimicron pipe, and its preparing technique which belongs to carbon millimicron material procession and application. The compound material uses chemical gas phase penetrating method, firstly, place the array of directional carbon millimicron pipe purified into chemical gas phase deposit furnace where air is aborbed to be vacuum and designed, adjust flux of gas carrier, blow into carbon source and adjust the pressure; after one or several periods for depositing, cool them and do graphitization procession. Its structure is mainly tough-layer structure, with good combination of surfaces, average distribution of carbon millimicron pipe; shown by the test for heat conducting performance, compared with the density of 0.8~1.5g/cm3, the original conducting parameter is raised to 70~190w/m.k from 13~42 w/m.k after the graphitization procession in temperature for 3000deg.C. The invention can applied in graphitization and some electric devices.
