Abstract： |
A polypropylene microporous film and its preparation method are disclosed. The polypropylene microporous film contains single-component nucleating agent and mineral oil and /or vegetable oil. Its compositions contain: polypropylene, single-component nucleating agent and mineral oil and /or vegetable oil. It is produced by: making the basement membrane by squeezing, one-way pulling and heat-treating. Its advantages include: little thickness, moderate porosity, narrower aperture, higher intensity of the cross direction and lengthwise direction, lower rate of thermal contracting, simple equipment, suitable for batch production on a large scale. It can be used as: the diaphragm of lithium battery, dielectric film, selection separation film, and impressionable damp-proof paper. |
