Abstract:
The present invention discloses culture process of high temperature anaerobic hydrogen -generating granular sludge in the field of new energy source development and utilization. Common middle temperature anaerobic granular sludge is first heated and then inoculated to upstream anaerobic reactor, and the reactor is initiated with organic waste water with high concentration of saccharide matter. Into the waste water, proper amount of nitrogen salt, phosphate and trace elements may be added to ensure the normal growth of microbes to obtain high temperature anaerobic hydrogen -generating granular sludge inside the reactor. The high temperature anaerobic hydrogen -generating granular sludge of the present invention has excellent hydrogen generating activity and deposition performance, long staying time in the reactor, raised volume load, raised hydrogen yield and raised running stability.
