This invention relates to a method to chemically modify the microcapsule algae toxin plus LR and to synthesize the total antigen, which belongs to immune measurement technique field and comprises the chemistry modification and synthesizing antigen with glutaral one step synthesizing method. This invention chooses seventh aminophenol Mdha as joints so that the antibody can efficiently identify the microcapsule algae toxin and ball joint algae toxin and can improve the characteristics of the microcapsule algae toxin LR antibody. |
