Abstract:
This invention discloses a synthetic method of copolymerisation microballoon by monodisperse crosslinked polystyrene. It belongs to macromolecule material preparing technique field. Initiator sulphonazo biisobutyronitrile (AIBN) and crosslinking agent polyethylene glycol 200 dimethyl double acrylic acid ester (PEG200DMA) are dissolved in monomer ethenylbenzene, stabilizing agent polyethylene pyrrolidone (PVP) is dissolved in disperse medium ethanol, then crosslinked microballoon powder is got after dispersion polymerization, separation and baking. Stability of reaction system is improved by replace common crosslinking agent DVB by PEG20DMA, and monodisperse crosslinked microballoon is propitious to form by its assist stabilization. Uniform petal type monodisperse crosslinked effect microballoon is got after the crosslinking agent content up to 2.5% of the monodisperse and functional group of PEG200DMA is concentrated on microballoon surface. It can be widely used to catalyst carrier, medical treatment and medicine fields, biochemistry field and electronic message material field.
