Abstract: |
The invention is a method of flexibilizing low-molecular weight polycarbonate resin by polyolefin, using low-molecular weight polycarbonate, polyolefin and bulking agent as raw materials to make it by a double-screw extruder in a fusion-commixing mode at 200-290 deg.C. The prepared material can have its impact toughness largely improved, and has the characters of low cost, good performance, processing simplicity and convenience. The method is applied to both new low-molecular weight polycarbonate material and universal polycarbonate recovered material. |
