This invention relates to an electric heater including a ceramic sleeving with sealed bottom, a ceramic core set in it, resistance wires winding outer wall of the said core and heat-conducting insulation powders between the core and said ceramic sleeving. Since resistance wires wind the outer wall of the core and powder of heat-conduction and insulation is filled between the sleevings, it can either transfer heat effectively or provent the resistance wire from corrosion or intrusion by acid, alkali, salt and alloys so as to prolong the life of electric-heaters, at the same time, since it is protected by ceramic sleeving, the heater can be inlet in the heated medium to realize internal heating and reduce dispersion of heat to increase efficiency and usability of electric energy. |
