Abstract: |
The invention relates to a special-shaped Si#-[3]N#-[4] binded SiC brick, belonging to the refractory material preparation technology field. It is characterized in that cutting one or several trough at non working surface of relatively large area of Si#-[3]N#-[4] binded SiC brick, when trough type Si#-[3]N#-[4] binded SiC brick being used for aluminum electrobath side wall, the trough part can binding with one or several carbonaceous refractory brick of corresponding shape through fireproof clay, becoming a physical dimension accordant composite brick of Si#-[3]N#-[4] binded SiC brick with carbonaceous refractory brick. Composite refractory brick in the invention takes advantage of not only high temperature melt infiltration and corrosion prevention property of Si#-[3]N#-[4] binded SiC brick, but high heat-conductivity and low cost of carbonaceous refractory brick. The composite brick guarantees the life time of refractory brick and reduces the cost of refractory brick and aluminum electrolysis. |
