Abstract:
The invention discloses a novel ceramic injection material and its application, wherein the material is prepared by mixing ceramic powder and binding agent, the binding agent comprises polyester obtained through the high temperature polycondensation reaction between m-phthalic acid di-methyl ester-5sulfonic acid sodium and polyethylene glycol, water non-soluble polymers, surface active agent, plasticizing agent and lubricating agent, and its preparation process consists of, mixing ceramic powder and surface active agent homogeneously in homogenizer, then mixing the obtained ceramic powder with other components of the bonding agent.
