Abstract:
The invention relates to a kind of titanium dioxide film photocatalyst with high activity, which belongs to photoactivate technique. The aim of the invention is to improve the stability of the film photocatalyst, to offer a photocatalyst manufacturing method that can hold high activity in the condition of water soaking or certain temperature, and also to improve the economy and the practicability. The manufacturing method of the invention mentioned contains the steps as follows: firstly, make the loading outsole material have pre-treatment; then manufacture coating collosol by the modification of oxalic acid; after the coating collosol mentioned above having the ultrasonic dispersion by 10-20 min, manufacture a streak of film with the even thickness in the pre-treatment outsole material and then make it have anhydration; finally, after putting film into the heater treater, when the temperature rises from the room temperature to any temperature between 350-550 centigrade, sinter it with more than 20 min; after the boiler chilling to the room temperature, the titanium dioxide film photocatalyst with high activity can be acquired.
