Abstract:
The invention relates to a kind of stack-gases desulfurizing tower that contains gas diversion and turbulence in the form of liquid column. It involves in an apparatus of stack gases desulfurizing tower, which utilizes the gas diversion and the technique of liquid column turbulence to intensifying mass transfer. The technical features of the invention are as follows: in the inlet of stack gases, there is a favose grating packing for the diversion and uniform distribution of gas; the nozzle in the recycled shower nozzle adopts a two-layer structure, and the two nearly nozzle in the same layer form alpha angle of 30-80. In the result of a distributed apparatus and a special nozzle in the system, it can improve the efficiency of mass transfer in the same tower-track by 20%-30%, can increase the handling capacity by 15%-20%, and can also decline the ratio of liquid-gas flow rate by 20%-30%, which compared with the ordinary liquid column tower. Moreover, the pressure drop is only increased 300Pa, so that it greatly declines the capital expenditure of equipment and the cost of operation, and then makes full use of desulfurization agent, and especially suits to stack-gases desulfurizing tower with diameter more than 10m.
