Abstract：
 The invention provides a preparation method of multi-porous chitosan used for adipose tissue engineering which comprises, dissolving chitosan into acetic acid, freezing at -20 deg. C in die arrangement, charging precooled oversatured NaOH ethanol solution to neutralize the acetic acid, and forming gel from chitosan, then placing the chitosan gel in vacuum chamber, evacuating the air or baking in 40 deg. C baking oven, thus forming porous spongy mass.
