Abstract: |
A configurational hardware structure for realizing approximately matching of line speed to data stream in light of the rule library characterizes that the library match structure includes single word match device array containing a single word comparator composed of single word registers in series with comparators and a window controller composed of window registers and window state units, a rule combiner array formed by an AND gate with single word input signals in series with a trigger, a rule summary unit composed of OR gates, the above three are connected in series orderly. Number of the match devices is equal to the number of different single words in the rule library, the number of rule combiners is equal to the number of rules contained number of input signals of each combiner is equal to in the library, that of single words in the rule realized by the combiner. |
