Abstract:
The invention is a kind of shift self-sensing HeNe laser system which uses cats eye, the invention belongs to laser shift sensor technology, the character lies in: it is made up of convex lens and concave mirror, the interval between the convex lends and the concave mirror uses adjustable cats eye to replace the reflecting mirror in the half-intracavity, the cats eye is connected to a side pole which can move on the track; the double-deflection element in the half-intracavity is a reflection reducing window on whose two limiting surfaces there coated with reflection reducing coating on one port of the discharging tube, there also has a reinforcing ring on the window. The laser can realize that the proportion of the vertical model interval and the emitting band can reach 4:3, and the laser power can maintained stable when the cats eye is in moving, avoids the failure of the laser cavity, maintains the system work normally in a large measuring range.
