Abstract: |
The present invention is 1, 3-propylene glycol producing fermentation process and belongs to the field of biochemical technology. During the fermentation, oxygen dissolving amount and substrate glycerin adding rate are controlled based on the concentration of 3-hydroxy propionic aldehyde as the intermediate metabolite in the fermenting liquor. The concentration is controlled in 2-10 mmol/L, and may be increased by means of increasing the substrate glycerin adding rate or lowering the oxygen dissolving amount or decreased by means of decreasing the substrate glycerin adding rate or increasing the oxygen dissolving amount. The said process has high 1, 3-propylene glycol producing strength, ultimate 1, 3-propylene glycol concentration in the fermenting liquor up to 60-80 g/L, simple control and high universality. |
