Abstract:
This invention relates to pseudo earthing circuit in a MPU multiphase switching current detecting device. It belongs to computer device technology field. It contains a resistance which is used to receive current signal proportional to inductive current; NMOS pipe M1 which is used to assorted to NMOS pipe M2; operation amplifier which is used to make grid voltage of NMOS pipe M1 equal to that of NMOS pipe M1 and join to follower; PMOS pipe M3, 4 which is used to ensure the current flowing through NMOS pipe M1 and NMOS pipe M2 equal; switch S and capacitance C which are used to current sampling and keeping; PMOS pipe M5 which is used to send the current detected by pseudo earthing circuit to other modules in the circuit. This invention's pseudo earthing circuit which is made up of operation amplifier, current mirror, resistance pair and NMOS pipe realize pseudo earthing voltage on the pseudo earthing point. The operation amplifier uses bigger input pipe and load pipe, so it decreases off-set voltage of pseudo earthing circuit and increases detecting precision of inductive current.
