Abstract：
 The invention discloses a calibration substrate and its manufacture method for fluorescence instrument calibration measurement, with the purpose of supplying a calibration substrate having stable optical performance and long life. Calibration substrate supplied by the invention is array of inorganic fluorescent material installed on glass substrate and the inorganic fluorescent material is rare earth elements or compound created by mixing rare earth elements and nonrare earth elements, whose preparation includes the following steps: 1) inorganic fluorescent material is mixed with water solution; 2) inorganic fluorescent material solution arranged on the surface of glass substrate with array form, then calibration substrate is obtained. No problem of photobleaching exists in the calibration substrate which has long life; inorganic fluorescent material is fixed on the surface tightly, basically won't machine scratch so that no preserving method is needed. The invention has wide use, can be used in calibration and detection of fluorescence optical device such as micro-array biological chip scanner multi-channel detection, fluorescence microscope, fluorescence spectrometer and micro orifice plate instrument.
