Abstract： |
A combustion method for burning abnormal low ash fusion fuel, is of burning solid waste and biomass fuel method and apparatus technical field, using a horizontal type inclination and rotation combustion chamber. The invention keeps a inclination between 2 deg.C to 12 deg.C which is formed between the central axis of the combustion chamber with a insulating layer outside and horizontal plane; the abnormal ash fusion temperature fuel is burning in the combustion chamber, producing liquid slag; the liquid slag flows through the filtering slag apparatus at the end of the combustion chamber, then by disposal of granulation and clarification, the flue gas created enters a tailing flue and completes heat exchange. The invention using a horizontal type inclination and rotation combustion chamber and filtering slag apparatus and slag tapping method, solves the low ash fusion of fuel problem; and the slag tapping method, solves the inflammation problem successfully, raising the boiler operation stability. The invention has no special requirement to particle diameter of fuel, so the cost to dusting system is declined. |
