Abstract: |
The solar heating phase change energy storing elevated movable floor includes metal support, metal floor board casing on the support and decorating material layer covering the metal floor board casing, and inside the metal floor board casing, is filled cement mortar with homogeneously distributed shaped phase change material grains, which accounts for 30-50 wt% of total mixture and has the phase change temperature in 15-30 deg.c. Compared with available technology, the present invention can make best use of solar energy to reduce root temperature fluctuation and save heating cost. In addition, adding the shaped phase change material into cement mortar to produce mixture material can raise the strength of the movable floor board, increase the heat transfer coefficient. The present invention has strong heat storage capacity, light weight, great load bearing capacity and has no environmental pollution, and is movable. |
