The present invention discloses one kind of recombinant enteroaerogen and its use, and aims at providing one kind of fluorescigenic recombinant enteroaerogen and its use. The recombinant enteroaerogen is obtained via introducing green fluorescin into enteroaerogen. The recombinant enteroaerogen may be used in large scale preparation of hydrogen practically.
