Abstract: |
The present invention relates to the preparation process of Li modified and dopped nanometer NiO powder, and belongs to the field of material science. The preparation process is to add Ni ion and Li ion in certain concentration into buffering solution system in certain pH value and to utilize the buffering effect of the solution system for the homogeneous deposition of cation to obtain even fine powder. By means of altering the molar ratio between ammonium ion and Ni ion, pH value, Li dopping amount and pre-bking temperature, the particle size is regulated. The said process is simple, and can prepare precursor powder of particle size 3-8 nm and Li dopped NiO powder of particle size 2-8 nm. |
