Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of medical ultrasonic technology. The method of calculating back myocardial scattering integral fluctuation degree includes: scanning the tested heart and acquiring the ultrasonic RF signal continuously to re-construct B-mode ultrasonic image sequence reflecting the structure of the scanned area; selecting interested myocardial particle in the first frame of the image and tracing the positions of the myocardial particle in other frames of image; finding out RF signal section in different times from the acquired RF signal based on the positions to calculate the back scattering integral curve and the back scattering integral fluctuation. The method of the present invention can distinguish effectively normal cardiac muscle and ischemic cardiac muscle accurately. |
